There are many prescription medications to reduce high blood pressure, but sadly to say they also come with side effects. However, there is a natural way to reduce high blood pressure without having to anticipate any side effects.

Things You'll Need:

Fresh Garlic, Knife, water or juice and fresh mints.

1

Peal a clove of fresh garlic.(once peeled the clove should be used immediately to receive the best results)

2

Take a knife and cut the garlic clove into small pieces.(the smaller the better)

3

Pour either a glass of water or your favorite juice.

4

Place the small pieces of chopped garlic on a spoon and swallow with a whole glass of water or juice.(try not to let the garlic come into contact with your teeth or tongue or any other part of the mouth for longer than is absolutely necessary and this will reduce any lingering odor)

5

Congratulations, you did it! I know it was not easy. Now take a moment to pause and reflect on what you just did.

6

As a reward take a mint to remove any garlic odor left behind.

Tips & Warnings

Raw garlic is always best compared to garlic pills, as garlic pills are processed therefore making them less effective.

May have garlic odour for a few hours. It is best not to take this on a hungry stomach, but rather ater a meal.

Garlic makes a wonderful health supplement but the garlic cure is no substitute for the basics: sensible eating and appropriate exercise. Garlic should be seen as part of a healthy lifestyle - not as an alternative to it. Always consult your doctor first regarding any medical condition.
